This is another great morning smoothie. It’s got the super-food thing going and is perfect to replace your morning cup of coffee. I’m doing this for a fairly large group but will update later for a smaller number of servings.

Avocado Citrus Wake-Up Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 Avocado
  • 4 Frozen Banana
  • 4 Pineapple
  • 2 Lemon
  • 4 Tablespoons Flaxseed
  • 4 Cups Almond Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Grated Ginger

Instructions

  1. The night before, peel, chop, and freeze bananas & pineapple
  2. The night before, prepare the avocado and store in the fridge with the juice of the 2 lemons
  3. Grate the ginger and store in fridge
  4. Before serving, run the blender with 4 tablespoons of Flaxseed
  5. Add all ingredients and run on the smoothie setting
  6. Enjoy!!!

Notes

Make sure to only blend what you'll use in Flaxseed that day.
