BRISKET

We've been perfecting our approach to Brisket for over 8 years now. Everything from the type of cow, the farm, the dry rub, the injection, the wood, and even the smoker is PERFECT.

JERK CHICKEN

Ready for authentic Jamaican jerk flavor?! Expect maximum flavor without damage to the palate. This is the perfect combination of flavor and heat.

CURRIED CONCH

Caribbean Conch is regarded as a Caribbean delicacy. Our true Curried Conch is tenderized & slow cooked with herbs & spices before getting a curry bath.

JERK SHRIMP

Jerk Shrimp is a Jamaican Specialty. It's marinated in authentic Jamaican Jerk seasoning for 24 hrs then grilled to perfection on a charcoal grill.

PULLED PORK

Smoke is woven through shards of moist meat, potent bits of strongly seasoned crust mixed in, and a gentle splash of barbecue sauce. Grill Yard's low & slow pulled pork is a crowd pleaser.

SPECIALTY SAUSAGES

We are a Sausage lover's paradise. Homemade Boudin, Bison Sausage, Lamb Country Sausage, Elk Sausage, Pheasant Sausage, Duck & Foie Gras Sausage, and Pork Sausage... And did I mention it's all made on the premises?!

FUN FACTS

We source 90-day wet aged Wagyu Brisket direct from Farm.

We marinate the Brisket (dry rub & injection) for 5 days.

Then we smoke with a unique blend of 3 different types of wood for at least 13 hours
